We had a wonderful experience staying at Gite Au Coeur in Cassel. the owner, Jean-Louis, was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain everything about the property and the local attractions. the house itself is tastefully restored and well-maintained, with three bedrooms and all the amenities we needed. Its location in Cassel is fantastic, right next to the impressive Notre Dame de la Crypte Eglise. We were also delighted to receive a welcome gift of local produce. We will definitely return if we visit this region of France again in the future.

The location was perfect, just a few yards from the Grand Place - exactly where we wanted to be. There was free parking right outside the property as well. Jean-Louis made contact before our arrival and could not have been more helpful, some gifts on arrival were very welcome! The Gite was very well equipped and had everything we needed. If we return to Cassel, this would be my first choice of places to stay.

The room at Gite Au Coeur De Cassel was such a cozy little haven, with a comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had a hot shower and a hairdryer so I could freshen up and feel like a million bucks. Being a solo traveler, the room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only thing that I didn't love was the fact that there was only one bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure it wouldn't bother others who don't mind sharing.

The location was sick, right by the hiking trails. We explored the area and had a blast! The holiday home had a dope DVD player too, so we chilled and watched movies after our adventurous days. Highly recommend!

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more late-night activities nearby. We wanted to party it up with our friends, but the options were kinda limited.

This place was mind-blowing! The converted estaminet had plenty of space for us, and it was so modern and charming. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the welcome gift of local products was a super touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was jaw-dropping. The location couldn't have been better, right off the main square with lots of shops and restaurants. Free off-site car parking was always available, and the town felt super safe. The host was friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were icing on the cake. We can't wait to return!
